全球海洋治理与生态文明

Global Ocean Governance and Ecological Civilization

“全球海洋治理与生态文明”专题政策研究项目，以推动海洋资源可持续利用、实现全球海洋治理创新为目标，重点开展基于生态系统的综合海洋治理、绿色海洋运营、海洋可再生能源系统、海底资源开发与可持续利用等研究，并探讨推动海洋治理与生物多样性保护、绿色“一带一路”等相关专题政策研究之间的协同增效，研提相关政策建议。

The SPS on Global Ocean Governance and Ecological Civilization aims to promote the sustainable use of marine resources and achieve innovation in global ocean governance. It focuses on integrated ecosystem-based ocean governance, green ocean operations, marine renewable energy systems, and the development and sustainable use of undersea resources. In addition, the study promotes synergies between marine governance and biodiversity conservation, green BRI (and other related SPSs), while putting forward relevant policy recommendations.
