Green Finance

“绿色金融”专题政策研究项目，针对生态治理与生物多样性保护融资难现状，研究了国际生态治理和生物多样性融资模式的经验与最佳实践，探讨了利用行政和市场手段来解决生态保护金融的激励与约束问题，提出了促进生态保护和生物多样性融资的总体方案和政策建议。

The SPS on Green Finance focuses on international best practices for financing ecology governance and biodiversity protection in order to address current financial gaps in ecology governance and biodiversity protection. The study discusses the application of administrative and market approaches to set up incentives and restrictions for ecological protection financing. It also proposes an overall plan and preliminary policy recommendations on promoting ecology and biodiversity financing.
